About the brand

Kind Patches is a fast-growing wellness brand that offers vitamin-based health patches tailored to a variety of needs — from stress relief and increased energy to hormonal balance and weight loss.

The challenge

In August 2024, Kind Patches faced a growth plateau, stuck at a monthly turnover of 2 MSEK. Media purchases were previously handled internally, but lacked the structure, creative strategy and channel width required to switch up. They needed a partner who could:
