About the brand

Bagliora is a Swedish premium skincare brand aimed at women. The products are based on unique formulations that solve real needs and have a strong focus on clean beauty.

The challenge

Bagliora had been trying to scale its sales for over four years, but stood still. Despite advertising on Meta and influencer marketing, they failed to achieve either profitability or growth.

When we stepped in, the company had a turnover of approx. SEK 1.3 million per year -- and needed a clear shift to move forward.

Our solution

1. Creative strategy

We developed a new strategy in which we:

  • Highlighted hero-producten and how they solve specific problems

  • Target audience adapted the material to different customer types and avatars

  • Involved Founders Jessica and Julia in ads and content — creating trust and engagement

  • Worked focused per product, rather than marketing the entire range

2. Scalable campaign structure & automated CRM

We implemented a new campaign structure across all ad accounts, based on best practices from our most successful customers.

In parallel, we set up new email flows and mailings that continuously drove sales. We created an efficient ecosystem between paid and owned channels.

3. Advanced Attribution & Measurement

To understand the customer journey in depth and make better decisions around budget and strategy:

  • We implemented third party attribution

  • Introduced post-purchase surveys that provided qualitative insight into the impact of the channels

4. Expansion into new markets

To continue growing the company, we scaled Bagliora internationally — with a structured go-to-market strategy.

Already in our first year together we saw clear results. Turnover increased from SEK 1.3 million to SEK 9.1 million, while we managed to turn the business into profitability.

In the second year, we continued to build on the foundation we laid, resulting in sales of SEK 15.7 million — with continued good profitability.
